I do the raw food boogie, I only eat raw and living food
Dead food feels like getting hit with a mallet Only raw foods are gonna please my pallet
(stops)I no longer eat meat, I no longer drink milk, I no longer eat bread, I no longer feel dead I love raw food,
I only eat raw and living foods Raw and living foods have the right vibration for me
I get up in the morning and I eat a papaya If you wanna know the reason just ask me why I do the raw food boogie,
I only eat raw and living foods It does your body good when you eat the way you should I love raw and living foods
(stops)I used to weigh 200 pounds, I used to have trouble getting around I used to have chronic fatigue
but now I run around like I’m on speed but But I only eat raw foods, I love raw and living foods
There are no drugs in me now I’m truly set free by the raw and living foods I eat
I get up in the morning and I eat some fresh fruit A healthy foundation always starts with the root
I do the raw food boogie, I only eat raw and living food I do the raw food boogie for me it’s the way
I’m all raw all the time every single day If it ain’t live give it up what more can I say

6 As you want to be
Written by Tim Tye

I was eating my way to death by the bite and I had no clue how to stop
I was hungry all the time and all I could do was wine
I would head for the nearest couch and go plop
If it tasted real good... and they had a drive through, then I assumed it must be
good to eat
So I filled my plate with the standard American fate
Eating fried flour, sugar, cheese, and meat.

CHORUS:
So if you like flour, sugar, cheese, and meat, you have my sympathy
It's your body, you can do what you want, rest assured your will is free
What I do is alert you to a DVD called Eating, that encourages a lifestyle change
but if you eat the standard fair, like you don't have a care
You might have to live with aches and pains

I had sinusitis, chronic fatigue, high cholesterol, and liver disease
And they gave me cholesterol inhibitors
They forgot to do a liver test and if I took that little blue pill
I'd probably not be living, anymore
When I trusted others with my health, I almost died from their mistake
And that was a wake up call, for me
By changing my diet, I'm alive, to spread the good news to all my friends

You can be as healthy as you want to be, but.....chorus:
Now you know what happened to me, and I hope it sets you free
So you wont have to live with aches and pains
Your will is free you can be as healthy as you want to be

Photo Gallery

Biography :Tim's

The Raw Food Guy: An awakening of the mind and creativity
Tim has been a 100% live food vegan for about six
years. Before that, he ate the SAD “to the max.” As
a young, single, working man, he fit the standard
profile of the fast-food junkie, even a connoisseur,
stopping at MacDonald’s since they had the best
fries and then popping over to Wendy’s to get the
best burgers. He claims he was in “fast-food
heaven.”

But fast-food heaven soon turned into
“health hell.”His health began a rapid decline after the stresses
of being exposed to PVC pipe glue at work and also
having to survive on canned foods during a
three-month electricity outage following Hurricane
Andrew in 1992. The toxic overload incurred by the
hurricane experience led to chronic sinus
infections, exacerbated by cheese and wheat
allergies.

In 1998, at the age of only 34, he was at “death’s
door,” suffering from chronic fatigue, listlessness,
and ear, kidney and sinus infections that had grown
worse and worse. He was 55 pounds overweight.
Once he had an ear infection that was so bad that
his eardrums burst, oozing pus. Experiencing the
worst pain of his life, he went to a hospital
emergency room.

The doctors struggled to find an antibiotic that was
strong enough: It took four different kinds of anitbiotics and 1½ months to
quell the infection. In the meantime, his liver and
kidneys went into overload trying to detoxify all
the debris from the infection, coupled with other
toxins he had accumulated, including residues of the
antibiotics themselves. His healthful bacteria
having been killed by the antibiotics, his chronic
fatigue worsened as celiacs disease took over.

Since his serum cholesterol was 285, he was put on
Lipitor, a cholesterol-lowering drug. A friend who
worked at the hospital said that since his liver was
shot, he could die from taking this medication. Tim
was so disturbed that his doctor hadn’t even tested
his liver before prescribing the drug that he became
afraid of drug therapy. He looked everywhere for a
naturopathic physician, but because the practice was
not legal in Florida, he had to ask around
discreetly.

Finally, a friend referred Tim to her teacher at a
massage therapy school. He spoke with her for just
two hours, but the encounter changed his life. She
empowered him with total responsibility for his own
health. Under her guidance, he did a liver cleanse
(see Glossary) and a two-week fast, cut out red meat
and sugar, and took herbs.

He gradually got better as he looked for a
health-conscious girlfriend. He got involved with a
vegan woman who encouraged him to get off all animal
products. But as he read Nature’s First Law: The Raw
Food Diet, he felt that they should be not only
vegans, but also raw. After two weeks on the diet,
they both became totally convinced.
Tim lost the last 25 pounds that he couldn’t lose
in
the cooked diet. With a gradual, full detox, he even
slimmed down to 127 pounds. People were now
concerned that he was too skinny. Although he
“looked like hell” for three or four months, he felt
fantastic, better than he had ever felt before in
his life! Most of the weight came back with healthy,
rebuilt tissue, leveling off at a comfortable 145
pounds.

“My creativity skyrocketed,” said Tim. He started
writing songs about raw food. As he describes it, “I
felt I wasn’t even writing but was just a vessel. I
was tapping into a higher source. I woke up with
songs in my head.” A former band member, he had
creative flows before but nothing like this.
Tim even experimented with starting a raw food
restaurant but later decided not to work so many
hours after so recently regaining his health.

Moreover, the community’s consciousness didn’t seem
ready to support a raw food restaurant at the time.
Tim's mental clarity also went through the roof.
Before, he hadn’t read much at all. After reading a
few pages, he would struggle to comprehend the
material, even having to reread it. So he would put
the book down and watch TV instead.
After going raw, he couldn’t stop reading! His
thirst for knowledge compelled him to devour books
cover-to-cover; thus he absorbed knowledge on all
manner of subjects.

He met www.annettelarkins.com who has been
a raw foodest for 20 years and has no problem
telling people her age because she looks 20
to 30 years younger and after that length
of time her raw food dishes are refined to
perfection as I can personally vouch for.
He also met Juanita Mazerrela who has a
website worth checking out: www.oaisishouse1.com
He now owns a car powered by used restaurant
vegetable oil as a result of information gleaned
from one of his books. He has become a self-taught
expert on composting after reading The Humanure
Handbook, as well as on solar and wind power.

He also learned the importance of re-mineralizing
plants and soil by reading Sea Energy Agriculture by
Maynard Murray and Fertility From The Ocean Deep
by Charles Walters. He got his dying citrus trees to
produce wonderful fruit once again by employing
methods taught in that book and every plant he grows
has access to all the minerals by using ocean water.
His friend and mentor Don Jansen www.meetdonjansen.com
taught him how to grow wheatgrass veganically without soil so
that it is clean and ready to juice or chew with no washing necessary
or fear of ecoli from animal products.

Upcoming Events and Tours

 CD Release Party

Join:

 Join

Tim Tye the Raw Food Guy
as he performs the new CD “live” in

The Café at Wild Oats 11701 S. Changing his diet brought him back to health. After a 2 week fast Bonnie
advised him to be vegetarian with his eating avoiding all refined foods, wheat and processed
meats as being too toxic for his delicate liver and if he felt as if he had to have meats eat chicken
breasts or fish but not every day. Tim was not raw but cooked vegetarian with a lot of
fresh salads for the rest of 1998 through 2000 when he and Susan decided to go raw together.
She was a long time cooked food vegan and Tim was a vegetarian who ate lots of raw
with brown rice and a little chicken and fish. She wanted him to be vegan and he was for
two weeks until one day she was boasting about how healthy her vegan diet was. Tim had
read Nature's First Law and knew it was good solid philosophy explaining the call for raw
foods and the relationship between man and raw foods but there was no step by step guide
in that book on how to transition to a raw food diet so Tim's first attempt failed and
he had to go back to vegetarian for a while.Susan thought her favorite dish vegan mashed
potatoes with vegan gravy was the most healthy thing to eat so Tim pointed out how the
book explained how all that starch turned to sugar making a baked potatoes more of a
sugar load than several sodas. Susan laughed at the book because every chapter ended
in the words "cooked food is poison" yet she felt this subject needed more research and
set out to read every article and book on raw foods she could get her hands on.
She found out David Wolf had a new book on called Natures First Law
and when she brought it home Tim suggested they read it together and they did.
Finally a book that explains what going raw is like and how to do it and what to look
for and what a cleansing reaction is and how to deal with it. The sunfood triangle
works by keeping a balance between greens, fats and carbohydrates and that
gave the couple a guideline for the 2 week raw experiment. After 4 days they
both felt so good they both proclaimed they would never go back to cooked
and that is basically what happened to date. Susan went on to become a personal
assistant to Gabriel Cousins and the Tree OF Life rejuvenation center which serves
raw foods in the cafe 7 days a week and trains raw food chefs while at the same time
helping people detox and cleanse from various diseases and Tim discovered how to
grow food with ocean water for total nutrition in plants and continue his quest to
complete his first CD. Niether will ever forget that life changing first 2 week raw food
experiment that changed them both so dramatically for the better.

Tim never ate a papaya before he changed to a raw food diet and once he discovered this
"melon of health" that grows on a tree he didn't want to ever have to live without it.
His body craved those enzymes, vitamins and minerals provided in a papaya and he found out the seeds had a peppery
taste and were good for killing parasites when you digest them. The amazing health benefits derived from one plant
captured his quest for returning his body to healthy conditions and he began to realize it needs to be a steady part of his
diet. He also realized they are kinda pricey and hard to find organically grown especially locally. Then he found out papaya
was the fastest growing from seed to fruit taking only 8 so planting them in the empty tree holes left from hurricane Andrew
made perfect since. Then local farmers told him you had to spray or the wasp would bury its eggs and destroy most if not all
of your crop in south Florida. Tim was setting out to grow them organically and spraying would not be an option if he had to
bag every one he was not going to spray. The incredible sweet taste was always followed with an after taste with every
commercially sprayed papaya he ate and it was not until his first home grown organic papaya that he realized that after taste
did not belong and must be caused by chemicals in the pesticides. Of course ocean water was a natural for papayas as they
need lots of trace elements and minerals to grow big and healthy.

Driving on vegetable oil was written for the video
first called How I Converted to Veggie Oil but being
renamed Driving on Vegetable Oil for future copies.
For 4 years now Tim has been driving his 78 Mercedes
on used cooking oil and so when he met DR. Craig
Sommers who wanted to video tape his veggie truck it
was only natural to work together and produce a how to
video on the subject. Marty added intense guitar to
the version on this CD and this new version will be
added to the DVD very soon.

Divine Spirit Of Love is an entirely different song
from the rest of the CD. Tim was working with Don
Jansen and learning a lot about ocean water but also
learning a lot about spirituality from this ordained
minister who found Eckankar to be more in alignment
with what he feels as his true path to God. Tim also
worked with Reverend Scott Bebee and Juanita
Mazerrella to clear blockages of the spiritual body
that were impeding his progress and development
spiritually by keeping him in fear. Fear is the
opposite of love and it made perfect since to clean up
his spiritual bodies once Tim cleaned up his physical
body. Old thought patterns and conditionings led Tim
the come from a position of lack and this blocked his
abundance from flowing. Juanita let him borrow her
copy of a prosperity class and it was very helpful in
reconditioning the thinking to go along with the good
food. So when driving to FT. Myers to work with Don
Tim realized he still gets those depressing moods
sometimes and wanted to have a song to sing when ever
that happened to lift his mood. So he set the
intention that on this day he would pass the beautiful
trees of the everglades and be inspired with the words
to the songs instead of listening to the radio or
tapes. By the time Tim arrived to meet Don he was
signing him the new inspirational tune worked out and
completely orchestrated in his head during the ride.
One day Tim will get to record it with children's
voices starting it out and a full chorus and orchestra
coming in to build it up to a joyous celebration but
for now this version allows the song to be shared.

About the CD

About this cd:

The second song allows the listener a breather from the upbeat
RFB with a grooving song of reflection that is called Testimony
because it documents the healing power of raw and living foods as experienced
by Tim in his own life. It was written in the first year of Tim's raw life
but never offered until this CD. Brand New Day explains the exuberance and feeling of
this change in Tim's life and the joy of being alive that having your health back
naturally brings a person. Tim captured video footage for 18 months before assembling the
music video for this song. Transmutation Of Elements presents the listener with a fun island
story about an inventor who was observed as never ever having to fuel up his boat and
when questioned about it he simply added to the mystery by saying "transmutation of
elements free" as if everyone knows what he knows. Tim had the most wonderful
experience of meeting a former Nuclear Physicists while working for
Don Jansen ( http://meetdonjansen.com )
at Ocean Grown and he spoke of the transmutation of elements occurring in all
the universe, in ocean water, in plants,
in people. Then when Tim read Roy McAllister's book "Solar Hydrogen Civilization" he
realized that's might be how nuclear submarines are powered while in silent running mode
by separating ocean water into hydrogen and oxygen. This led to more discoveries of inventors
and Tim imagined that an inventor who knew some simple high school chemistry
could run his boat on ocean water and never need to fuel up or pollute the water again.
A challenging subject to incorporate into a song but that is how it came about.
All Natural helped Tim come up with the lyrics and story.

Love to Juice is a parody of the Elvis Song Love Me
Tender and gets the listener back into the theme of
the CD. This songs was written and performed first at
the Juicy U banquet and birthday celebration on April
19th 2002 that was put on by Tim and Susan Miller
where 75 guests tasted a gourmet meal of raw food
delights while Tim sang all his new parodies and a few
originals to them. It was a fantastic event and many
very good relationships and friends were developed
from that single event. Tim realized how much work a
raw food restaurant would be in putting on that event
and so it remains a dream or future goal for Tim at
this time.

As you want to be is a show stopper type big band
blowout testimony song designed to continue the
testimony theme and explain further Tim';s true story
of almost getting medicated to death. This was the
wake up call he needed to go a different direction
when a friend from high school Carol Barnes introduced
him to the angel named Bonnine MacKey who empowered Tim
with his own health with her 5 system cleanse, liver
tonics and a 2 weeks fast. One visit with her changed
his life forever and he is forever grateful for that
encounter. Tim remembers how sick he was walking into
her office with sinus infections, kidney infections,
over 200 lbs, high cholesterol, diabetic symptoms and
chronic fatigue to name a few. She discovered his
liver was almost to the point of no return, his skin
was jaundiced and she explained that's why his hands
were always sweaty. Tim was constantly wiping his
hands before shaking hands as it was embarrassingly
clammy if he did not do so first.

When Tim walked into her office he noticed how she
was the picture of health, her skin perfectly toned and
a healthy glow about her like an aura and he told
himself at that moment he was going to do what ever
she told him to and when he tasted the liver tonic
made from a bag of roots and bark he had to remind
himself of that commitment to get all 6 gallons of the
tea into his system.

enter the chat room

Videos

There is no abstract available for this page revision.
