I like raw food in the morning and raw food at night Raw food at lunch time makes me feel alright
I do the raw food boogie, I only eat raw and living food
Dead food feels like getting hit with a mallet Only raw foods are gonna please my pallet

but now I run around like I’m on speed but But I only eat raw foods, I love raw and living foods

I was eating my way to death by the bite and I had no clue how to stop
I was hungry all the time and all I could do was wine
I would head for the nearest couch and go plop
If it tasted real good... and they had a drive through, then I assumed it must be
good to eat
So I filled my plate with the standard American fate
Eating fried flour, sugar, cheese, and meat.

So if you like flour, sugar, cheese, and meat, you have my sympathy
It's your body, you can do what you want, rest assured your will is free
What I do is alert you to a DVD called Eating, that encourages a lifestyle change
but if you eat the standard fair, like you don't have a care
You might have to live with aches and pains


I had sinusitis, chronic fatigue, high cholesterol, and liver disease
And they gave me cholesterol inhibitors
They forgot to do a liver test and if I took that little blue pill
I'd probably not be living, anymore
When I trusted others with my health, I almost died from their mistake
And that was a wake up call, for me
By changing my diet, I'm alive, to spread the good news to all my friends

You can be as healthy as you want to be, but.....chorus:
